The Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal has the jurisdiction to hear proceedings (similar to court proceedings) in relation to reviews of Queensland Building Services Authority decisions, Disciplinary Action taken by the Authority, Public Examinations and disputes between private parties involving domestic or commercial building work.  Decisions of the tribunal are published on the Supreme Court of Queensland Library website and are searchable alphabetically, by year and by matter type.

Prior to 1 December 2009, the above matters were handled by the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal.  Decisions of that Tribunal are available on the Australian Legal Information Institute, and are searchable alphabetically, by year and a wide range of other criteria through the boolean search engine.
