BSA (through the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme) arranges for the rectification and completion of building works for homeowners throughout Queensland.

BSA facilitates the rectification or completion of the works approved through builders that pre-qualify for inclusion on the Tender Panel.

We are now seeking additional expressions of interest from suitably qualified builders who wish to be considered for inclusion of BSA's Tender Panel to service Townsville, Mt Isa and surrounding areas.

Contractors who have already been successful in attaining a position on the 2008 Tender Panel do not have to apply again.
