This is a warning by the General Manager of the BSA to the public under section 18(2)(f) of the Queensland Building Services Authority Act 1991
The Queensland Building Services Authority (“BSA”) is urging consumers, contractors, suppliers, banks, developers and investment, marketing and wealth creation companies to be cautious in any dealings with Integra Developments Pty Ltd.
Integra Developments Pty Ltd is a licensed builder, licence number 1123593.
Ms Lesley Enever is the director of Integra Developments Pty Ltd. Ms Enever was a former director of Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd which was placed into Liquidation on 8 February 2008, leaving 233 consumers with unfinished homes.
Ms Enever resigned as a director of Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd in July 2005. Shortly following her resignation Mr Dennis Musca was appointed director of Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd.
Mr Dennis Musca faces permanent exclusion from holding a BSA contractor or nominee supervisor licence, or being a director, secretary or influential person for a BSA licensed company for life due to the Liquidation of Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd.
BSA investigations have revealed that Integra Developments Pty Ltd and Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd shared office space, key employees, systems and accountants. Integra Developments Pty Ltd is also involved with some of the same marketing and investment companies which Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd was involved with before its collapse. Consumers who had contracts with Real Property Constructions Pty Ltd have also reported that they have been contacted by agents of Integra Developments Pty Ltd regarding completion of their homes.
BSA warns all persons dealing with Integra Developments Pty Ltd to exercise extreme caution and seek legal advice to protect their interests.
