Licence Lending
A licensed contractor is not permitted to ‘lend’ their licence to another person, which includes other persons using the licence number, licence card, licence certificate or PIN.

Maximum Penalties for all parties involved:
  • 250 penalty units 
    1 unit = $100

      The licensed contractor may be held liable to guarantee the building work for a period of six years and three months from the date of completion for defective or non standard works.
