Updating contact details
You must notify BSA of any changes to your contact details within 14 days. Failure to do so could result in the suspension or cancellation of your licence as you may not receive important correspondence such as your annual renewal notice.
Changing address or phone number
Change of contact details should be made on the Notice in Relation to Changes of Particulars form or by contacting BSA on 1300 272 272. You could also update your mobile phone number or email details online.
Note - you must provide a physical address for your business address not a PO Box number.
Adding a trading / business name
If you wish to add a trading (business name) to BSA's public register (online search facility) you must provide a CURRENT copy of your Business Name Certificate or a Business Names Extract issued by the Office of Consumer Affairs (Fair Trading). Either of these documents will be accepted, however, they must be current and not expired.
