Nominee Supervisor Withdrawal
If you are a nominee supervisor for a company and wish to withdraw from this position you will need to complete and return the Nominee Form.
The company licence details will be updated to reflect the change of nominee details. From the receipted date of the notification you will not be held responsible for further work performed by the company.
Company Nominee Supervisor Changes
A company changing its nominee or a company that ceases to have a nominee MUST notify BSA by completing and returning a Company Nominee form within 14 days of the change.

Penalties may be incurred for failure to notify BSA of a change of nominee or failure to have a nominee
A company must not exceed a period of 28 days without having a licensed nominee otherwise the company's licence may be suspended or cancelled.
Change of director or director's details
Where a director's details change or there is a change of director BSA must receive an ASIC Historical Company Extract or Change of Officeholders Extract.
If there has been a change to the company's financial position following the cessation of a director, the company will be required to provide new financial information to BSA.
If there has been no change to the company's financial position following the cessation of a director, written confirmation from the accountant or auditor for a company with an actual annual turnover in excess of $300,000 or written confirmation from a director for a company with an actual annual turnover no more than $300,000 will suffice.
