Can a licence be cancelled?
Yes - You can cancel your licence by completing and returning a Request to Cancel Licence form. Where a company licence is to be cancelled only one of the directors are required to sign the cancellation request.

You must return all licence cards and certificates (if issued) to BSA within 14 days of cancellation or you may be fined.

Can a cancelled licence be reinstated?
No - Once a licence is cancelled you would be required to complete the application process and meet all requirements at the time of applying.
