Subtrade Contracting
If you are a sub-trade contractor, you are not required to hold a BSA licence unless the work is for a fire protection system.  A sub-trade contractor is an individual or company that only contracts with a licensed trade contractor and never with a builder or consumer. If even 1% of your business is contracting with builders or owners then you are required to be licensed.
