How do I submit reports, such as an Independent Review Report or Audit Report, and other financial documentation to the BSA?
These items can be submitted to the BSA using any of the following methods.  Please note that the same postal address, email address and fax number apply, regardless of your location in the state:
 

·         By Post – Building Services Authority, GPO Box 5099, Brisbane QLD 4001

·         By Fax –  (07) 3225 2999

·         By Email – You can use the ‘General Enquiry Form’ on the BSA website

·         In Person – You can deliver documents to staff at one of BSA’s offices

Please note – Licence Application forms and “Deed of Covenant and Assurance” documents need to be submitted by post or over the counter at a BSA office and must be in their original form.  The BSA cannot accept copies of these documents.
